El Grupo Holding Saviris mediante su sociedad Matriz en Panamá IMARFI FOUNDATION con sus directivos Sr Jerónimo Quedaza Ortiz y Sr Valdemar Solorzano Torres son los dueños del título minero Tepal 2 numero de titulo 229354 , con una concesión minera adjudicada desde el día 21 de enero de 2022 hasta el día 11 de abril de 2057.

La sociedad matriz IMARFI FOUNDATION con su Presidente - directiva en Panamá y Mexico han comunicado en la ciudad de Michoacán (Mexico) a su filial en Mexico EXPORTMINERA BARRAGAN S. de R. L. de C. V en inicio del PROYECTO TEPAL 2 para este año 2025.

La sociedad IMARFI FOUNDATION desde Enero 2024 hasta Julio de 2024 han estado realizando los estudios geológicos y exploración con sus equipos de minería en el terreno del PROYECTO MINERO TEPAL 2 donde tienen una superficie de trabajo de 12,437,210 has. (doce millones cuatro cientos treinta y siete mil doscientos diez hectáreas).

El Proyecto Minero TEPAL 2 es el yacimiento de Oro mas grande descubierto en la zona Minera TEPAL , superando a la empresa Defiance Silver quien tiene las adjudicaciones de TEPAL 1 con una superficie aproximada de 3,000,000 Ha (tres mil hectáreas) y tiene sus activos mineros con reservas Probadas en Oro mediante sus certificados NI43-101 y cotiza en la Bolsa de Valores.

La sociedad IMARFI FOUNDATION ya tiene elaborados los informes de los certificados Canadiense NI43-101 de este titulo minero denominado Proyecto Minero TEPAL 2 para proyectar a la Bolsa de Valores como activos de la compañía.

EL Grupo Holding Saviris mediante su sociedad matriz IMARFI FOUNDATION tiene pensado realizar el Proyecto TEPAL 2 en 5 fases para los próximos 5 años.

El Proyecto TEPAL tendrá en su FASE 1 una inversión inicial de $150,000,000 (ciento cincuenta millones de dólares americanos) siendo unos de los proyectos del Estado de Michoacán mas importantes para la generación de riquezas y empleo.
